Great arche of defense
La Grande Arche de la Defense, "The Great Arc of Defense" is also a memorial building in the commercial district of La Grande Arche de La Défense and in the communation of Puteaux, west of Paris, France. It is commonly known as Arche de la Defence or La Grande Arche. The 110 meter high cube is part of Arc de Triomphe's perspective from La Grande Arc de Triomphe. Arc de Triomphe distance from La Grande Arch is 4 km. A great national design competition was started in 1982 as the initiative of the French nation Francois Mitterrand. Danish architect Johann Otto von Spracelsen and Danish engineer Erik Reitzel created a winning entry in the latter half of the 20th century: A monument to humanity and human ideals in place of military victory. The monument began in 1985. Spreckelsen resigned in July 1986, and allowed all its architectural responsibilities to transfer its associates, French architect Paul Andréu. Reitzel continued his work until the monument was completed in 1989.
Ferdinand Cheval Palace
Ferdinand Cheval was a French postman, who spent thirty-three years of his life building in Le Palais idéal in Hauterives, Madeleine Eidale. Palace is considered an extraordinary example of moral art architecture. Ferdinand Fernando Cheval was born in Charmes-sur-l Herbasse in the Drôme département of France, and he was in Châteauneuf-de-Galaure. At the age of 13, she left school to become a Baker candidate but eventually became a postman.
Cathedral of Brasilia
Brasilia's Cathedral is a Roman Catholic Catholic serving brasilia, Brazil, and serves as a meeting for Archdiocese of Brasília. It was designed by Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer and was created by Brazilian structural engineer Joaquim Cardozo and completed and dedicated on 31st May, 1970.
